Core responsibilities
- Coordinate the National Health Research Agenda and its implementation.
- Strengthen institutions and national scientific capacity.
- Monitor research across the National Health System.
- Conduct clinical, biomedical, pharmacological, epidemiological and socio-anthropological research aligned with national priorities.
